Well, that ran and still no dice. Before when I opened IE, I'd get an error about mobile ip set improperly and network error, now I get no modem found.
I'll keep plugging along, or else I'll play dumb and send it back to verizon
(anyone think calling Verizon tech support would get me anywhere?)
