Hi,

I am not 100% sure, but I have yet to see a Windows Mobile 6.1 or 6.5 ROM for the Fathom as of yet, as we don't have a 6.1 or 6.5 base to start with. The phone shipped with 6.5.3, which I would assume could be downgraded to 6.5, but it would take plenty of trial and error to get it done.

I personally don't have enough time between school, personal life, and family to try building a 6.5 or 6.1 ROM, but I don't see why at least a 6.5 ROM wouldn't run if done properly.

If you need a device to test on, I have 3 Fathoms sitting in my desk that I can flash without you needing to risk your own personal devices.
