I ended up going with BeyondPod for my podcaster. I still don't use it as well and as easily as I did my Windows Phone but I've been able to get the podcasts I want and install the feeds to those that were not readily available.
I'm just not comfortable enough with it yet to use the advanced options that are available with it. I did like it well enough to buy the full version.
