Generally there shouldn't be any risk other then of course exFAT being much more reliable. Though being formatted FAT32 is not much different then standard FAT formatting of regular SD cards in terms of reliability so I wouldn't really call it a "risk".

So overall you should be fine, just added it just in case so I don't get blamed under the 0.00000000000000001% something unexpected goes wrong lol
