I had the same problem starting Monday. Called Sprint as well and he put me through instructions to update my phone. He said that it was a network and server issue but didn't mention it was a wide spread thing. Unfortunately he couldnt fix the issue for me and sent me to the damn sprint store which was a BAD idea because they did a hard reset on my Mogul and told me the problem behind me getting error 67 (user and pass are invalid) was because i had a bunch of third party software on my phone. So i lost all my apps and what not. What ever the reason.. my phones is back up and working.
