it might be the phone which u have bought might be a scrap product so when u buy a phone go to a samsung brand showroom and buy,never buy online,there will be some problem in them which we will come to know in few days after buying it,so buy in branded showrooms,if ur having a warranty valid for ur mobile then take it to ur nearest brand service centre..
