I'm rooted, yes. Very new to rooting. Any tips on how to update radios before I start a long and winding search? I'm using Sprint's stock ROM.

What method did you use to root?
Your goal will be to downgrade to Froyo, then flash back to gingerbread. to get to Froyo you'll have to downgrade your hboot. Let downgrading the hboot be your guide.
