Just a minor correction here. Programmers can use what ever they want on release. The 2012 SDK is in beta testing. The word is pretty much new GAMES that need it will be in native code and need WP8 to run.

Programmers can decide on what they are going to use but, Most should stick to 7.5 programming due to more handsets..
