do all the steps this will temp root with superuser... you might have to run it a couple times until you get superuser..

Second : download this and extract to C: drive http://unlimited.io/?wpdmact=process...IuaG90bGluaw==

and download HTC drivers http://downloads.unrevoked.com/HTCDriver3.0.0.007.exe

Third: go to C: drive and open up FeedPanda-RELEASE-Jewel-WIN and click on feedpanda and click Run and let it run until it says finish and thats it....

Thanks! I did it and it all worked great...do I need to install a recovery manually now or was one installed as part of the lazypanda? If one was already installed, which one? And now I just gotta figure out which rom I want to flash.
