while WMWifiRouter .91 was free for personal use, it has now been brought up to version .96 and gone commercial. this version is in testing/trial for free until april (when 1.0 should be released), and then a license will need to be purchased (with a $5 discount if you have the trial version).
and it is against Forum Policy to post software on here, especially free or pirated versions of software that aren't free anymore (like this).
however, if you're resourceful, you can find older versions (.91 or prior)
around the internet. just know you're taking money away from the developer, who may have spent a long time developing this great program, and you're getting an older version of the software, which might not have all the newest features/compatibilites.
