Congratulations on your brand new HTC EVO 4G LTE! Wow, those were enough capital letters to justify the caps lock button on my keyboard. While we want the phone to be incredibly stable for you, in the event that it misbehaves we can reset the connection to your battery by holding down the power button for about 30-45 seconds. This would clear out any cobwebs that might have confused your phone and let you boot up fresh.
