Isn't there a setting for that in wifi settings...? lol, people used to complain that the phone would sleep regardless of their settings (they would want wifi to keep the phone awake), now people complain that it won't sleep when wifi's on. Just can't win!

I have tried using WiFi sleep polices of "When screen turns off" and "Never when plugged in", but neither setting allows the phone to sleep if the WiFi is turned on. Could the new kernel be hard-coding the sleep policy to be "Never"?
