thanks, I saw that thread & considered it, but BB worked out better for me.....as of now, I'm not eligible for a full upgrade til 6/1, but retentions is moving it up to 5/18.


Also, gonna try for a renewal credit too . Already tried once today (via chat) & was told they don't have renewal credits, but I know they do.
