Agreed, I worked a BB when they first launched BestBuy Mobile and had a few customers who'd come in just to chat with me cuz i knew my stuff

but definitely was not the norm. The sad part is how many lie about stuff just to have an answer instead of admitting they don't know lol. And I will say BB seems to do a little better than most of the Sprint reps here
