Sling Player Mobile is working fine for me on my Mogul with the 3.35 ROM. I just reinstalled it, entered the registration code went to the Player menu and then Slingbox Directory. i had the exact same storyline as this ^^^
the quality of my playback has been improved dramatically, although from what i've been reading on the Sling forums, there is nothing in the ROM update that would have directly affected the playback...the only adjustment i made was changing the sound to "mono high" and the screen dimensions to the largest setting
