im having this problem too. Stock Sprint ROM but rooted. I thought it had somthing to do with my FaceBook app. i unsynced it, removed the facebook app, rebooted, reinstalled and syncd. still doesn't work. even pointed the contact at the correct facebook account and it's blank.
