Haven't looked, as I don't really care about the specific numbers.

As for minfree settings, I use the SuperCharger script. Set to 256mb HP. I don't remember the specifics of this setting either, but SuperCharger does a lot more than just minfrees. I heard the OOM grouping readjustments do a lot of good as well..
