MIN is simply MIN1+MIN2.
Use QPST->Service Programming, You can see the MIN number. Have NV backup from QPST also.
I already told you, if you have NV backup after activation, you can hard reset & Flash the phone. To get back the Reliance, restore NV(with Reliance). That's all. No problem.
