I'm not 100% sure this is correct but it seems like the same as manually doing the pm disable thing. System Tuner Pro does the same thing, I still haven't opened my NIB TP2 so I cant say if it works on the device, but I use it on my HD2 Android and love it... not free... has a free version... but I love it...
