This is FRX07.1? You're on the newest kernel & rootfs? Although IIRC this is a kernel issue, and a very old one that was fixed a looooong time ago.

I've never heard of a CDMA devices radio dying in sleep tho. The bug was only on CDMA devices that were being used in GSM mode, and again it was fixed a while ago.
