im pretty happy with verizon. my thunderbolt's capacitive lights blew out yesterday so they sent me a replacement tbolt today. went to throw my sd card in it and it refused to recognize it. tried 2 different sd cards and no dice. so i called verizon tech support and they are shipping me a brand new rezound for free. i actually was shocked but im damn happy to say the least.
can't wait to root it and put ice cream on it!
