The phone is GSM based (AKA Needs a SIM card), No, it will not work on Sprint's CDMA network...( so it's not possable to get it working on Sprint)

Congrads on winning it ! What's your app that won ? If you really hate it, you can just ship it to me, I might even change carriers for the phone

The Lumina 800 is a pretty cool device...
