I forgot to mention that my phone is running Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional and was synced to Outlook through my email at work. Should that be problematic? The Sprint technicians seemed to blame the problem on the Windows software. They all kept saying that if it was Android it would not be a problem to access the info on the phone.

I am about to try My Mobiler right now.
