And now it says there's a older version I must remove that before installing the newer version lol..........

Okay So I've read CDMAworkshop is pretty good?
Im trying to break into the flashing service, and Im sure someone has written something much easier then this. My ultimate goal is to fully flash my thunderbolt, but truth be told I rather brick this TP2 then a good phone.

but this just seem's weird that Im getting voicemail alerts and there's a obsticle every corner, when I walk in to have these store's do the Flash's they have me in and out in minutes, I know there has to be a better way? Talk to me....
