Yeah, I signed up for it when I was testing the visual voicemail thing. Called Sprint and they told me over and over, "Nope, you won't be charged for missed call forwarding." 25 days later I got the bill and every single call that went to voicemail cost me $0.20. Not a fortune, but not worth paying for just to get voicemail via email. I DID like that you could set different greetings based on the caller. I use my phone for work, personal, and my side business. I had it setup to play one greeting to friends and family, another to work, and a more professional one to all unknown callers in case they were calling about my side business. Loved that feature. Didn't want to pay, though, every time someone left a message.
