lol jk..but 45ms is really really low ms, its closer to the ms you'd expect to get from a wired connection. By average wireless ms usually is like 100ms-200ms...
As for 4g, even if they don't have wimax it has nothing to do with it, Rev B is just a software update on their end..I mean I don't know what to say but those numbers are above the specifications of Rev A...
Do you have another phone that is not capable of Rev B to test?
or maybe your neighbor snuck a micro-cell in that is capable of Rev B into their tower station...no clue lol..but those speeds and pings are beyond normal...
Have you tried to use an app to see where the sprint tower your connecting to is? (distance wise)

I have no clue what to say..but at same time we are talking about sprint reps...they told us many things..its also possible they were just testing it in his area and never bothered to go back..cause as I said its mostly a software upgrade...
