First to cover all possible angles lets make sure that xxx.tsk is put onto your device and not a storage card. If you clicked on the .tsk file and the theme does not show up under the today screen then try a soft reset and then check today plug in. If the file is stil not listed try reloading it again by clicking on it. If the file still fails to load you can try re downloading the theme or you posibly have something wrong with your device or software interfering.
