Ok, I upgraded my Evo 4g to the galaxy 2, but just didn't like the phone that much. It's a great phone, but I like HTC and Sense.

So I reactivated my 4G, and gave the galaxy 2 to my girlfriend.

Since the reactivation, every time I restart the phone, the 4G automatically comes on, and I don't live in a 4G area, so it starts sucking the battery. So I have to just turn off the 4G

I have phone rooted with sprintlovers 3.70 rom, I did a factory reset in recovery, wiped cache and delvic and reloaded sprintlovers. I'm still getting the 4G on reboot, and suggestions?
