I found the problem with my Titan KB. If I slide a piece of cardboard (business card) behind the d-pad, it properly. I guess it's just a little loose. I'm amazed that shuch a small thing makes a difference. I tried tightening the screw underneath, but that didn't help. I ran the GPS toolset on another Titan I bought. It worked great.

Humm... now that is an interesting fix. There must be a loose connection I am assuming. I am glad you got it figured out there though. I hope you can come to a permanent solution! Glad to hear that the toolset worked for you! Thanks for letting us know!
