I'm just testing the trial version of wmTorrent (
http://www.adisasta.com/wmTorrent.html) for WM5 and I admit I was quite skeptical. But it downloaded a 50 meg file without a problem in about 2 hours.
For PC I'd recommend Azureus (azureus.sourceforge.net)
