Re: Sprint refuses to replace defective phone

I miss good old Sprint days..you just call or take it to store and they actually replace device without giving you hemorrhoid.

Call tech support/advance tech support..explain your problem..if they can't help..Speak to a supervisor. Maybe they can do exchange..and lastly if the conversation is not going anywhere..tell them to transfer to retention folks and explain the situation and they will replace it after approved by tech support.

Don't bother going to store they will turn you down.

if the phone call doesn't work..lastly email.
Try emailing dan@ or just logging into your mysprint and send email.

if you can get the phone replace using above steps..sorry.
