Take it to another store.
The only thing you need to prove in front of them is whatever isn't working.
If you can't prove it, they will ignore you and tell you they can' t help you.
I had an intermittent lockup on one of my phones, and they wouldn't help me since the in store eval was always OK. I even had it on video. They didn't care.
As soon as it happened, we ran down to the store with it locked up. They didn't have a choice at that point.
