HSPA+ like all 3g standards are not very spectrum efficient. But as t-mobile has less users and data caps(in form of throttling after 5gb) it is less likely for it to be abused unless T-mobile suddenly gets a lot of users.

Otherwise speed on t-mobile is comparable.

And LTE-Advance and Wimax 2 as you can guess is beyond the limitations of HSPA+
