i will break root and s-off as it did to me... and messed up my revol prl and data settings.
i would just use root explorer and delete htclogger.apk and then you are safe... then do a full wipe (not a zip install just clear data and cache.l...)
also apple may go after buyers of android now they have a patent for swipe to unlock...
