This thread is dying, so i thought id throw out what came to mind. It might not be correct, but that sure sounds like issues ive had in the past when the wipe didnt do its job. I would re-wipe everything 3 times over and reload the new rom.
Running 237 with Tiamat 410 kernel since 10/12 with no issues. Hope this helps, good luck!
