This is the filename from HTC: RUU_PPST_Vogue_SPRINT_WWE_3.03.651.4_2_Radio_3.42. 30_AM_NV_2.04_Ship.exe

Make sure that is what you have. I linked my HTC Touch with 6.5 installed to my Windows 7 computer and it installed fine. Now works great. The reason I did it was because the radio didn't work. This is the Sprint version. I have the file if you need it.
