I don't know what build you're on, so I would honestly just start fresh with FRX07.1.

I could tell you the components, but there's many... and since some of these you can't just download individually, you'll need to download that full bundle package anyways.

Also, don't forget to check out my Speed Improvements thread - the memory management topic is especially good. Worked wonders for me...
