I kinda figured he had Pancreatic cancer. When they talked aboit the surgery he'd had awhile back and that it was many hours long, I assumed it was a Whipple ( Pancreaticoduodenectomy - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia). After he began to get more gaunt and weak looking I figured it wouldn't be to much longer.
Thoughts and prayers are with the family.
