LOL, that was me and I confess, it happened after a dirty flash so I can almost guarantee that he did a dirty flash as well. Also, come to think of it, I was messing with some camera mods as well so I am not sure that had something to do with it. In either case, I backed up my apps and did a hard reset and its fine now.
