See as far as 4g goes...they still don't have NYC covered fully in 4g and NYC is the most population dense area..so there really is 0 reason why this place isn't fully covered...and they did initial deployment, then another increased deployment and still not fully covered..

In comparison verizon got this place fully covered in 1 shot with no issues :/...

And not only that they are using OLD wimax equipment....so yes, deploying Rev B would probably get you better speeds and coverage over what they are using now for 4G..
