well my friend said she found it at the mall. the only thing it needs is the sd card..other then that its in "good condition".she is about to send me a pick of it.. so if its black listed i cant switch out my phone(tp2) and use the evo..idk if she is selling it because its locked. it could be that or because she doesnt have sprint or something else
