See that does not look like you are in usb debug mode...either some drivers are conflicting or your phone just isn't entering usb debug mode...
you can try using odin to install a pre-rooted rom too but it will wipe all data..

I went to youtube to look for a walkthrough to show me how to manually install the drivers and came across this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F7w1ov8JpH8 very simple...went to do it on my laptop, my laptop doesn't even SHOW an ADB interface option with the phone plugged in.
I've backed up my phone 3 days ago and did a factory reset incase any of the apps I had on it were getting in the way of the connection process. So wiping the phone isn't an issue lol
