No single rom is going to be exactly what you want. If you want everything that you mentioned in a single flashable rom, why not make it yourself? Making roms is not a big scary thing. All you need to do is download a 2.3.3 stock rooted ROM . Open it up in 7-zip and delete the apk's in the system/app folder that you do not want in there. If you want to add apk's, you can add them to this folder or the data/app folder if there is one depending on the rom you downloaded. If not, make one outside of 7-zip and then drag that folder into 7-zip at the root of the rom. Apps in the data/app folder can be uninstalled from the app manager. Apps in system/app cannot be uninstalled from the app manager. When you are done editing, close 7-zip and copy to SD and flash it.
