Ok, then this is my guess onthe XML. I prolly gets initialized on first boot and sets it then becuase I looked in the ROM and its there. Thnk that is a possible theory?
As far as the other weather files.... I pulled them out /system/app
There are like close to 50 megs of weather app and what not in there. Also that estimate is based on Rosie herself because that is also gone. So I may have over exaggerated the total amount of pure weather files because adding her back in is a lot of bloat as well. But alltogether, to get a weather lock screen fully functional with Senseless it requires a 100Meg ZIP! Thats just freakin crazy!
Edit: I also pulled all files from /system/customize/resources as well. That was a bunch of un needed bloat but does not affect Weather functionality. All in all I killed 200megs off in this ROM. 100 was for lock screen and weather.
