just copy the twrp recovery to sd card & boot into bootloader to install.

I got the twrp recovery working and now I'm doing the firmware update which includes all radios minus the hboot.

I want to stay Stock for a while and see how things go. I did do a Dalvik and cache clean twice just in case.

Firmware just got updated on my phone and it's rebooting now......waiting......waiting..... waiting some more....

The phone reboot but the FIRMWARE update to 2.08.651.2 never took. i'm still on 1.13.651.7. Everything looked good... I wonder why it didn't take??? Now I'm really confused....


2nd TRY... This time I Check the FASTBOOT option.. I'm hoping thats what I was missing... Everything appears to install all Zips are OK from the PG86IMG.ZIP file. NOPE... Still nothing.. I'm not sure what is going on but it's not taking the FIRMWARE update. Nothing is updating. I'm flashing via the bootloader using the PG86IMG.ZIP file. It all says OK on the installs but when it reboots nothing is updated. Everything remains the same.
