i'm thinking to re-odin the rom, install flash the theme again, then do all my apps from titanium as opposed to restore data from backup. i figure i can back up all my sms and other things in titanium as well and that way keep most of my data, just have a more tedious time getting it all back to me. what you think? i really like EH06, other than those issues mentioned.

If you want to avoid issues i'd also stay away from using titanium backup, especially if you a creating the backup from a different ROM that you are gunna end up using.
The true way to assure yourself of no more issues is to start from a clean slate. Its a bitch i know, but once in a while you kinda gotta do it.
