REMEMBER ROM Updater is still beta and you cannot flash from the application. Download SP1 and select Apply Later. Reboot into recovery and flash zip. It will be located at /CleanROM/downloads/

Hi SC,
I am on the latest, did what you said here and could not flash, I received an error after booting into recovery and selecting the sp1... I will post the exact error in a few minutes(battery died)
