Sprint actually added the feature to remove all the sprint stuff without unlocking..as for removing sense well that is a no go..HTC wouldn't even release their tablet with honeycomb simply because sense wasn't ready..its hard for HTC to compete in hardware, so they try to keep people in their "sense ui ecosystem"..

I personally prefer the Touchwiz that comes with the Samsung phones over sense..TouchWiz is a simple clean UI and isn't very bulky(2mb whole thing). The Touchwiz framework is a bit bigger but it actually speeds up the phone so its worth it overall. If you prefer stock ui though you can disable the TW launcher...
