yes, those fixes would be in the ROM/System update....
the OTA updates the OS (Android) and the firmware updates the radio.....having s-off & rooted just allows you to flash custom zips & have full access to the system. |
If you don't add the native hotspot hack is there something we can flash for those that want it?
