I am getting so much disconnect per day.

I use my 3D for IRC..

Each time I get disconnect, my NICK would hang and I have to use an alternate NICK.

And when the BOT finds that I log in with another NICK while the other one hang, I am totally BAN from the channel.

What should I do?

This is one example when 100x disconnect per day is not funny.

BTW, Verizon user cannot do IRC. Is there such a thing that they would ban IRC ???
